Terms and conditions

(Please note this is a general translation and the translation is for your guidance only. This contract is made under French legislation and the French CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE are the binding contract).

These Terms and Conditions (GTC) are to define the rights and obligations between the company SAVEURS DES COLLINES (the seller) and any natural or legal person (the buyer) wishing to make a purchase on the website - www.saveursdescollines.com . The acquisition of a product implies acceptance by the customer of these Terms.
They prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically expressed by SAVEURS DES COLLINES.

SAVEURS DES COLLINES reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.

Products and prices

Products are those listed in the catalogue published on the site www.saveursdescollines.com.
Prices are indicated in euros all taxes included. They take account of VAT at the date of the order. Any change in the applicable rate will be reflected in product prices. These prices do not include shipping costs. SAVEURS DES COLLINES reserves the right to change prices at any time, except that the catalogue price on the day of the order will apply to the buyer. These products are sold in the stocks last. If out of stock, you will be notified when the order is taken if the product is unavailable.

Order : process and confirmation

To order a product, the buyer clicks the button "add to cart" and then specifies the quantity ordered. When the order is completed, the buyer will click the "checkout" button to complete his order and fill out a form indicating the address for shipment which may be different, if desired, to the billing address . Following completion of the order, the buyer receives an email confirming the order and detailing the items ordered.

Payment

Payment can be made in the following ways:

- Secure online payment with PayPal
the best known online payment service, fast, safe, secure and reliable.

- By cheque payable to SAVEURS DES COLLINES and then sent to SAVEURS DES COLLINES, Lesmaries, LAUZUN 47410, France. The order will be processed upon receipt of cheque;

- By bank transfer.

The order will be validated when the receiving Bank confirms not only receipt but clearing of the payment. In case of refusal, the order will be canceled and the buyer will be notified by email.

Shipping and Receiving:

Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order but these must be within the areas accepted for shipping. Shipments are made by Colissimo Rate at current rates selected as to the weight of the order. If the coordinates given for delivery is incorrect or incomplete, SAVEURS DES COLLINES can not be responsible for late delivery.

The risks are borne by the buyer from the time the goods have left the premises of SAVEURS DES COLLINES. Upon receipt of the order, the buyer must ensure compliance of its order and its good condition. If a package appears damaged or defective, the buyer must refuse delivery to the shipper and request that the parcel is returned to us. A new package will be shipped as soon as possible. No return or claim can be made after signing the delivery note which is taken as acceptance of the goods.

Transport costs: France: € 9.50, free for orders over € 150 / EEC Countries: € 30

As with any delivery, it is possible that it may be delayed or that the product gets lost. In such cases, we will contract the Post Office to start an investigation. Every effort is made to find this package. In this case SAVEURS DES COLLINES will be indemnified by the Post Office and deliver a new package identical to its costs. SAVEURS DES COLLINES can not be responsible for longer delivery times due to the carrier, including any loss of products, bad weather or strikes.

Guarantees the right of return and withdrawal

SAVEURS DES COLLINES guarantees the origin and authenticity of products ordered. Our invoice is guaranteed.

If you find that the package received is damaged and that the products inside are damaged, refuse the package or return it to the post office within three working days of delivery. It shall be returned without charge, according to conditions indicated by the Post. The consumer must inform SAVEURS DES COLLINES of this action and may choose between a full refund or delivery of an identical package at no cost. Refund or exchange of any package damaged during shipping can not be offered beyond a delay of three days.

Pursuant to Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of seven (7) days from the receipt of the goods to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalties except the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

Retention of title

SAVEURS DES COLLINES The company retains full ownership of goods until payment is received. During the period of delivery, the risk of loss, theft or destruction shall be borne by the purchaser. In case of default of payment by the buyer, the seller SAVEURS DES COLLINES reserves the right to demand the immediate return of goods delivered to the expense and risk of the buyer.

Responsibility
