A great wine is made from the terroir,  the climate, the varieties of grapes  selected, the suitable farming mode and knowing when to pick and process.

We are convinced that what is true for the vine is also equally true for vegetables, so we have chosen to grow our vegetables on clay-limestone  in the heart of southwestern France.

Years of experience have enabled us to select fantastic varieties of vegetables, we have developed an original farming mode free of chemicals and have been able to express the quintessence of their flavours and develop recipes highlighting these qualities :

"Saveurs des collines" is born !
