Cropping patterns

During a walk in the woods looking for mushrooms, take some time to remove leaves covering the ground and observe the richness of the land covered by vegetation cover. It is black and "swarming" with life. In the earth there are insects and spiders who are very occupied in decomposing the plant material into humus.

No plowing, no fertiliser, no treatment yet high soil fertil.

On this basis and on the experiences of many gardeners and agriculturists, we grow our vegetables on mounds of earth.

An entire ecosystem is being set up creating a fertile substrate conducive to the healthy development of our vegetables.

Our constant aim is to maintain the fragile ecological balance.
