Our vegetables are grown in the open field, they grow slowly, at their own pace, in their season and thus are able to reach their full potential of flavours and aromas. No doping with us, our vegetables are clean.
Processed on the property, the vegatables are picked when fully ripe and cooked straight away.
We have chosen varieties known for their flavour and hardiness. To expand the range of flavours we are always on the lookout for original varieties.
Finally our vegetables are grown locally. Their production and transportation have been energy efficient. Their carbon footprint is very low.
